I am really excited to be back out and about and especially excited to be at Elevate 2022, an event that I feel is so vital at bringing together our sector.
As many of you know and for any of you that read my review of Elevate Arena, I am a bit of a fan of this great conference.
Elevate is one of the newer fitness based shows/conferences in the UK, it is held every year at Excel in London. The show has been hugely successful since the first show, and has been gathering momentum ever since.
