I am really excited to be back out and about and especially excited to be at Elevate 2022, an event that I feel is so vital at bringing together our sector.
Just sitting back in at Euston awaiting my train, just reflecting on what and amazing event Elevate 2018 has been. I am all talked out, I have spoken to such a wide range of awesome people.
Elevate is one of the newer fitness based shows/conferences in the UK, it is held every year at Excel in London. The show has been hugely successful since the first show, and has been gathering momentum ever since.
