I just wanted to share this quick video from TEDx Spokane. I am a big fan of TED talks and came across this awesome talk on ‘Winning the mental battle of physical fitness and obesity’ by the inspirational speaker that is Ogie Shaw.
This talk is a great one to provoke some discussion of the basics of getting more physical activity into your life and helping to fight the ongoing battle with obesity. One of the key things I like about this lecture is that Ogie considers the realities of those that are looking to lose weight and get physically active.
Well worth a watch!
